Charlotte D'Aleo

Assistant Repair Technician

Charlotte is a familiar face in our shop, coming in regularly to lend her expertise with repairs. As a skilled music educator, her knowledge is especially beneficial during the summer months when she focuses on school woodwind repairs. We truly value her contributions and the quality of service she brings to our team.

    Charlotte's Story

    Charlotte D’Aleo is in her fifth year as Director of Bands at Northwestern Regional High School where she conducts the Concert Band, Wind Symphony, Marching Band, and Pep Band. She also teaches Music Theory, Music Technology, 8th grade general music, and is the assistant band director for the Middle School Band and High School Jazz Band. Before coming to Northwestern, Charlotte was the band director at Henry James Memorial School in Simsbury, CT. 

    Charlotte hails from the great state of Michigan where she earned her undergraduate degree in Music Education from Michigan State University. She also has a graduate degree from The Hartt School and a 6th-year degree from Central Connecticut State University. She moved to Connecticut in 2014 with her husband, Joe, a member of the United State Coast Guard Band. She has served as the band co-chair for the Northern Regional Middle School Festival and is currently the co-chair for the Northern Regional High School Band. Charlotte resides in West Hartford with her husband Joe, their son Crosby, and too many cats.
